Longs, SC (November 5, 2009)…Luke Hart (Blythewood, SC) posted nine under par 207 to capture his first professional win at the NGA/Hooters Carolina Winter Series event at Aberdeen Country Club. Hart posted round of 70-68-69 en route to a two stroke win over Drew Perry (Matthews, NC) who finished at seven under par 209 while Patrick Lundy (Little River, SC) and Scott Stallings (Knoxville, TN) each finished at five under par 211 and will share 3rd place. Hart takes home $3,500 for the win while Perry receives $1,700 for his solo runner up finish. Stallings and Lundy will each receive $1,450 for their third place tie.
The Top 5 members on the 2009 Carolina Winter Series money list leaders will earn full exempt status on the 2010 NGA/Hooters Tour Pro Series.
Next week the Carolina Winter Series travels to Black Bear Golf Club in Longs, SC, November 10-12, 2009, for the 2nd event in the series of twelve.
